Overview

School V trains officers in the disciplines that make KAVOE operations possible across vast distances and hostile conditions. From evacuating a colony under threat to sustaining a forward-deployed fleet, from rescuing survivors in the void to surviving when the mission goes wrong — School V covers the movement, sustainment, and recovery of people and materiel. Survival (KOA 41) is the school's capstone: the individual skills that keep an officer alive when all other systems have failed.

Evacuation / Mass Movement

Organized evacuation of civilian and military populations from threatened areas.

Search and Rescue

Location, recovery, and medical stabilization of personnel in distress across space and planetary environments.

Logistics / Supply

Sustainment of KAVOE operations through supply-chain management, warehousing, and forward resupply.

Transportation / Movement Control

Coordination and control of personnel, cargo, and vessel movements across KAVOE's operational area.

Small Craft / Aerospace Operations

Operation and command of fighters, shuttles, and small craft in combat and support roles.

Survival

Individual and small-group survival skills — the final common denominator when all other KOAs cannot help.
