CORE QUESTION

What is happening, how do we know, and can we trust the information?

Overview

School II trains officers to see clearly in a universe where information is contested, fragmented, and sometimes deliberately poisoned. The school covers the full intelligence cycle — collection, analysis, dissemination — and the defensive disciplines that protect KAVOE's own information environment. Graduates must distinguish signal from noise across human, signals, and cyber domains while resisting deception from hostile states, pirates, and unknown intelligences.
